here are some off hand notes for this game!

1.d4 d5 2.Bf4 Nf6 3.e3 Bg4 4.Be2 Bxe2 5.Qxe2 Nbd7 6.Nf3 e6 7.0-0 c5 8.c3 Be7 9.Nbd2 b6 10.Ne5 Nxe5 11.Bxe5 0-0 12.Nf3 c4 13.b3 b5 14.Qc2 h6 15.b4 ( better is 15. Bxc4 since it opens lines for White) a5 16.bxa5 Rxa5 17.Nd2 Ng4 18.Bg3 Bd6 19.Nf3 (? Bxd6 was better, your opponent did not see the exchange winning tactic) Bxg3 20.fxg3 (?? 20. hg3 was better. You still have the upper hand, but now White is lost!) Nxe3 21.Qe2 Nxf1 22.Rxf1 Ra3 23.Qd2 Qa5 24.Ne5 Rxa2 (maybe 24 ... Qxc3 is stronger) 25.Qe3 Ra1 ( 25... Rc2 decides faster) 26.Qf3 Rxf1 27.Kxf1 b4 28.cxb4 Qxb4 29.g4 c3 30.Nd3 Qb1 31.Kf2 c2 32.Qe3 Rc8 33.Kg3 c1=Q 34.Nxc1 Qxc1 35.Qxc1 Rxc1 36.h4 Re1 37. Kf4 Re4 38.Kf3 Rxd4 39.g3 Re4 40.Kf2 d4 41. Kf3 Re5 42.Kf2 d3 43.Kf3 d2 44.Kf4 f6 45.Kf3 d1=Q 46.Kf4 Qf1#

1.d4 d5 2.Bf4 Nf6 3.e3 Bg4 4.Be2 Bxe2 5.Qxe2 Nbd7 6.Nf3 e6 7.0-0 c5 8.c3 Be7 9.Nbd2 b6 {not necessary; cf. move 13} 10.Ne5 Nxe5 11.Bxe5 0-0 12.Nf3 c4 13.b3 b5 14.Qc2 h6 15.b4 a5 16.bxa5? {very weakening; 16.a3 was essential} 16...Rxa5 17.Nd2 Ng4 {Here it would be more direct to play ... Ra3, Qa5 and Ra8 to attack White's weak Ps on a2 and c3, while standing firm in the centre where you are} 18.Bg3 Bd6 {This is a better B than its opposite number, so it would have been better to keep it} 19.Nf3 Bxg3 20.fxg3?? {Loses immediately. Black would still have a strong game after the more natural 20. hxg3 because White still has those bad Q-side P weaknesses} 20... Nxe3 21.Qe2 Nxf1 22.Rxf1 Ra3 23.Qd2 Qa5 24.Ne5 Rxa2 25.Qe3 Ra1 26.Qf3 Rxf1 27.Kxf1 b4 28.cxb4 Qxb4 29.g4 c3 30.Nd3 Qb1 31.Kf2 c2 32.Qe3 Rc8 33.Kg3 c1=Q 34.Nxc1 Qxc1 35.Qxc1 Rxc1 {Time for White to give up} 36.h4 Re1 37. Kf4 Re4 38.Kf3 Rxd4 39.g3 Re4 40.Kf2 d4 41. Kf3 Re5 42.Kf2 d3 43.Kf3 d2 44.Kf4 f6 45.Kf3 d1=Q 46.Kf4 Qf1#

Not bad, mainly sensible moves.
