I have been using Chessbase Light for a good while with no problem whatsoever. Just when I am thinking of buying the Activation key for it, I now get the following error messages when loading it. "Using Crypto Manager is not possible" and "Error in Crypting Guid" They are not major problems as you just click OK to both and the program loads and seems to work as per normal.
The only new additions to programs that may have caused the problem are Spyware Terminator and UniBlue Registry Booster.
Can anyone give me any idea on how I fix this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Chessbase Light with no joy, and a Google search on the Crypto Manager and Guid only confused me more.
Thanks in advance.

I have both ChessBase Light 2007 and Spyware Terminator installed, but I haven't encountered this problem. Have you tried contacting ChessBase Support (http://www.chessbase.com/contact/mail/support.aspx)?

Thanks Miguel,
I had contacted ChesBase, was awaiting their reply. Since receiving their reply, I followed their instructions of uninstalling the program, re downloading it, and then installing the new version. The problems still exist and I am now waiting for further word from Chessbase.

I am a little disappointed... I thought this thread was going to be about CryptoZoology! http://www.cryptozoology.com/blog/blog.php?id=10266
