I won the game below, but I have a question on follow-up:

I don't see 3.Bc4 that much in master games, is there any reason why that is so? If it is weaker than the other two moves suggested in the game, is there any foolproof refutation to 3. Bc4 that I can use in later games?

Is it not because you usually lose the tempo after e6 and d5. The Bishop must eventaully leave the C4 square after preperation from black. Thats what I find when I play the grand Prix attack (1.e4 c5 2.f4!? ...), and play Bc4, although it seems good on this square at first and Fischer of course played Bc4 (Sosin) often in the Sicilian game. It can't be that bad!
