WA's 2nd FIDE rated event (35/105, 30/90) has recently been completed.

Name ACF (Mar) FIDE (Dec) Score
Tristan Boyd 2243 2271 6
Haydn Barber 2159 2299 5
Adam Haasse 2120 2235 4
Stewart Byrne 2116 2207 8
Tim Hare 2047 2165 5.5
Michael Horstmann 2026 2230 3
Jay Lakner 2000 2175 3.5
Peter Roza 1942 5
Leon Taylor 1914 1886 4
John Fedec 1738 1
(John Fedec qualified by winning the 2003 challengers).

19 year old Tristan clearly won this event in 2003 with 7.5/9, this year he had 3 wins, 6 draws and no losses.
Stewart improved from last year's 4/9, to gain 8/9(!) conceding just 2 draws, both years 6/9 was enough for 2nd.
Hopefully next year will be as strong: possible additions are Boyd McCamon (ACF 2145), Michael Wilkins (ACF 2122).

Does anyone in NSW have contact with the ACF Treasurer Norm Greenwood? Gary Bekker told me to contact Norm about paying the FIDE rating fee for the Midland Masters. As the event was included in the previous FIDE rating period, I presume the ACF paid the fee to FIDE and the Midland club now needs to pay the ACF. However, I (as Midland Club treasurer) don't know the details (exact amount etc).

I've emailed Norm twice and phoned him twice, but he hasn't responded to my messages. Can anyone help?

I'm not planning on being a messanger boy.
Try emailing or phoning him first.
If that does not suffice then let me know.

Good because at the moment it would've been forced to be a very small payment :)
