The July reports to FIDE have been finalised and are viewable here (http://www.fide.com/ratings/rcvd.phtml?moder=ev_code&country=AUS) (click the notepad icon at the left for each text file). And of course they're always available at my site (http://users.tpg.com.au/canfell/main.html) as well. Please help me in my quest to get 2,000 hits - every time you go straight to the FIDE site, the little baby Jesus cries.

Also, the two Oceania Zonal files can be seen in the Fijian registrations here (http://www.fide.com/ratings/rcvd.phtml?moder=ev_code&country=FIJ).

As always, the actual calculations won't be available until later in the month.

FIDE has posted a corrected top 100 list.

Topalov now 2nd and equal on rating with Kramnik, Adams now only shown with one rating and Kamsky is rated one point higher.

As FIDE has not stated what errors were corrected there may well be other rating changes in other areas including the full list.

I was wondering what was going on there then I realised that Goldenberg has overtaken Bjelobrk (2388).

Good point, but he's already an IM so it's not as big a deal..
