I intend to send motions based on the following "complaints":

A state championship whose itinery only caters for Sydneysiders
No official regional delegates (but coming)
Council meetings on the wrong side of the Harbour (no tea & bics)
No self-owned Sydney Chess Centre
No provision in constitution for ordinary members to sit in on Council/committee meetings when business directly affects them
Players residing in other states cannot join the NSWCA.
Only one Bill Gletsos

good stuff a/c
but these suggestions are very vague.

how about fleshing out the details a bit eg. how should the state ch cater for non-sydney players, where on south-side, how will finances for scc work in ongoing basis, etc. also some priorities and timeframes would be useful too (can these be achieve in next 5 years). have you mapped this all out or you just looking at high-level for the time being.

Still have to work on of course, I only presented in new thread to separate from 2004 AGM thread.

Cloning Bill would fix one problem
