CL - Why are you so interested?!

Sorry for stating the obvious - but aren't you a bit too old to apply for this?!

Kerry had gone a long way to getting the website done - one is actually up, but not ready for public consumption yet. Kerry still has to do the bit showing supporting statements etc.

I assume Christmas got in the way and now he is playing in the Aus Champs (reserves) and goes straight from there to coach at the Aus Juniors, so I can't see too much being done until after that.

Bill Gletsos has provided all the rating performance data to Kerry, who has passed it on to facilitators and selection consultants.

From what I have seen, I would say about 10 members of the squad are totally obvious. Then there are about another 25 strong possibilities for the remaining 10 places. The finalising of the squad was always going to be after the Aus Champs/Aus Juniors, thus allowing the selectors to see the kids in action before making a final decision. Particularly with the under 12 kids, it is very hard to make a judgement based on historical performances, as they improve so rapidly.

Hi Jenni,

Thanks for the update.

I am really just looking for somewhere to make an initial post to the new BB.

See you in Perth

It took me ages to find something I liked.

Anyway, I miss your old avatar, the new one is just not the same

Hi John,

Happy New Year! We leave on Wednesday morning - not looking forward to the heat, although it has been high 30s in Canberra for the last few days.

See you soon.

Jenni :)

I have allowed 100x100 which is more than the default setting and should be plenty.

How can a 200x200 .jpg file be made 100x100?

:D

A program that can resize it such as Fireworks, Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.

I personally prefer Fireworks, http://www.macromedia.com/.

Send me your file. I have Photoshop.

Please use amielr@maktoob.com as I have a large allocation there.

Getting back on topic, the webpage is half done. Haven't had a chance (or a web editor program on my laptop - although that problem is now solved [at least partially anyway]) to do anything with it yet while in Adelaide. Will try and get something up soon and let people know where to find it all.
As Jenni said there seem to be a few who pick themselves, but there is a rather large group of players who would all work well in the squad and would be deserving of their place, however given the numbers, some tough decisions will have to be made.
