A good finish for Darryl after his tournament stalled a bit in the middle.

I general however, it is a bit disappointing to see the top end of the tournament so dominated by the international visitors.

BTW - how did the "Inside Sport" coverage go? Did they talk with any of the players (local/overseas) or feature anyone in particular? Have they given you a proposed publication date?

(Although my husband used to subscribe to this magazine which always features some dubious photography of scantily clad - unsporting - swimsuit models/actresses, we don't get in the mailbox anymore. But I would like to pick up the issue with the chess. I usually copy such things into the newsletter for my school club, if nothing else, as it builds their overall impression of the excitement around chess.)

The inside sport interview went well I think. The reporter interviewed myself and George. Also the reporter interviewed Elena after her win and took some photos. Dont think she will be on the front cover though ;) even though i wish she was hehe
