    I wonder if he thought he had already moved because he had posted a board, but forgot he hadn't actually made a move?

    If so, people using the same method might want to know that you can view the position on the board by previewing a post without submitting it.

    Yes, you can also preview the position after your move without submitting it by the same method and I have often done this (mainly to check that it aligns with whatever I have on my analysis board after a few typo disasters in past games, one of which cost me a queen!)

    Apologies to all concerned, I made as many moves as I could to catch up, however, I was left behind in some games a situation which was not helped by the fact that i participated in the Vic Open, I was left without a pc at home, as well as moving out of my old place into a new flat.
