    Still playing! He has always been more of a doubles specialist than a single player. He has entered in the Men's Doubles and Mixed Doubles at this years Australian Open partnering Thanasi Kokkinakis and Storm Sanders, respectively.

    2nd round of the 2014 Aus Open, Sam Stosur played some great tennis to beat an inform
    Pironkova.

    She's just taken a quality first set in the 3rd round game against against Ana Ivanovic.
    It was a see-sawing thing, and a thunder storm came during the tie break at 7-7.
    Ana lost the point, and players retired for 30minutes while the roof closed,
    and the set lasted three more points before Sam won. Sams Aus Open record for
    winning after taking the first set is 18-0 or something silly.

    So go girl!

    Yeah... maybe my stat is errant. She's hopeless on Australian soil.

    But Ana Ivanovic was too good last night. She really played a ruthless, top game
    - often staring Stosur down after significant points.
    I think it's obvious Sam is too nice to be a number 1.

    Nadal v. Nishikori was an absolute corker Three really close sets.
    The Japanese player totally served it up to Nadal with scorching ground shots all game long.
    (Broke Nadal 4 times in three sets). Just a testament to Nadal's freakish drive and talent that he won.

    Feds looked good in beating Jo-Wilfried Tsonga. Getting ready for punishment - he has Murray and Nadal even before the final.

    Unfortunately I couldn't watch any of it because last night my tv decided it would pick up reception on every channel except 7

    Djokovic does look pretty good for the title considering his draw.
