Who do you say that Jesus is?

Please, I'm not looking for a debate or anything, I'm just posing this question for personal research. I am not going to debate or criticise any of the answers (if I get any). I would just appreciate it if you can take the time answer. I just want to read your answers.

If there is anyone who wants to get into a debate over the question, or any of the answers, please make a new thread, or ressurect one of the many related old ones.

So, if you have the time?

Who do you say that Jesus is?

largely a construct born from some reality.
like all essential "good" , was co-opted, hijacked and used for greater power's end.

yet another constructed focal point to enable mass mind control

see my "genesis of religion" thread for the very heart of what "jesus" is (or has come to represent).

I believe Jesus is likely a mortal whose life was co-opted by Christian believers to illustrate a fable that may have allied roots in fact

Perhaps not the author of the greatest lie ever told, but certainly a contributor to the book.

No the FSM is of course the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Bejebus is Homer Simpson's take on Jesus. (The character supposed to actually believe that Bejebus is the correct name). It always cracks me up.
