    National Computer Chess Championships 2004

    When: July 20 2004
    What Time: 7:00pm EST
    Where: Online
    Where Online: chess.tridgell.net (port 5000)

    Entrants and spectators most welcome. This tournament is open to anyone who has developed their own program and is a resident of the Oceania Zone. If you wish to enter email me at shaun.press@anu.edu.au
    Spectators are also most welcome, and can observe the action by connecting to chess.tridgell.net with any FICS client (XBoard etc) and logging in as a guest.

    Warp (Peter McKenzie NZ) succesfully defended its title as the strongest chess playing program in Oceania, but only after a 3 way blitz playoff against Desperado (David Blackman Qld) and Knightcap (Andrew Tridgell ACT). Results and games are available at
