Am pretty busy myself the moment Garv, so fear I must decline even though I would love to play. I wish you luck with running it and appreciate your efforts to put these correspondence tournaments together.

Would you please define "freestyle"? (I am sure you have defined it elsewhere, I just can't be bothered searching the site!)... but it might help others who also encounter it for the first time if you were to re-define it here in the original post.

Anything goes I think describes it best. Bring your best engines, books, even play as a team if you wish.

I dont think it will start for a couple of weeks at least. I would like to try and get more entrants than the first competition.

Already yourself and EE have stated that they could play if the competition doesnt start for a little while.

I want mangafranga and HD to play. How about it guys?

Quite a while, sometimes a few months for the final game to finish. Does not mean your commitment will be that long. If you make your moves quickly, your games will be over sooner.

and how often would i have to make a move?

You must make one move per seven days in each of your remaining games.

Computer assistance is allowed. In fact, being a freestyle tournament, it is essential to be competitive in your games as everyone else will be using computer 'assistance'.

If tournament becomes single round robin, players will be arranged in the draw according to order of confirmation of entry.
