I'd also prefer a faster time control - perhaps 40 moves in 40 days to keep it moving along.

Rule #2 - Unsound sacrifices by Queenslanders may be taken back.
Rule #3 - Howard is allowed two rooks on h1 at the start of play as he is prone to carelessly discard one of them inside of the first ten moves.
Rule #4 - Ditto for Q-bishops.

a) Because Garvin's ratings points have come from a tournament which permitted all players to use computer analysis. Garvin and his box performed well in that tournament.

b) Number of games per week will depend on entries. It is being suggested that each player will have to make one move per game per week (minimum).
