CC Tournament No 4

I have noticed that Axiom is currently having an enforced layoff.
I am happy to wait for him,both of his positions against me look favourable to me,might give him more time to think about defenses though.

I know I have already a bad record on the CC board. Does that exclude me of future tournament or individual games participation?
I promise I will stay on and will not withdraw this time!

For individual games you just put out a challenge and wait to see who accepts.

For tournaments you just wait until the next one starts and then indicate you want to play.

I don't think there is a black book anywhere (however, don't be waiting on any acceptances from me).
