My recent shocker, drawn endgame but I walked into a mate in 2!!
Earlier I saw that after 21. Qd5 that 22...Nf4 was coming but missed the simple double attack on g2, lucky to get into a drawn endgame from there.

To be fair white was lost for several moves and the position where the blunder occured was very tricky

    But doesn't 51. Kh4 draw?
Engine shows it as equal after 45. Kg4.

As painful as that one would be, if someone deserves to win by an opposing shocker it's Dave Rolph - he's had such a bad run of unlucky losses in games he has played well recently.

Re rr's previous, it is sad to have to stop the clock before you have pushed it because you realise your move is a blunder. I would probably still press the clock and hope against hope that my opponent does not spot that the move is a blunder. Probably a forlorn hope - but at least not 0% chance of a result as is the case if you stop the clock in resignation.

Here is my game. I was happy with my position only to throw it away for nothing in the end. I am black.

Bad game. Lots of mistakes. Terrible end (shocker) when after 80+ moves tired me missed a stalemate a Rook up. I can't play chess when I am tired!
