Congratulations to Peter Braham and Douglas Stones who are joint winners this year. Some may remember Peter's name from one of the recent VIC tournaments where he drew with IM David Smerdon. Both he and Douglas have been rapid improvers, adding hundreds of rating points over the past couple of years (they both show in the Dec lists in the high 1700's). Third place was shared between Tony Waller and myself.

The club's Junior Champion for 2006 is Jack Young, ahead of Jared Frost in 2nd place and Kyle Gibson in 3rd place.
