I found that game very interesting and useful, especially the opening and early middlegame. I had never played 7...f6 before (I normally play ...f5) but decided a correspondence game would be a good chance to learn more about it. I was not aware of it at all until Geveke's upset win against Rogers with it in New Zealand last summer.
Thought I was getting an advantage earlier but I didn't realise that 16.Qh6! was going to solve white's problems at least for a while in view of the line 18...Ng8? 19.Nf5!! which I then had to avoid. Sometime around move 35 I seemed to get an advantage again, but it's a mystery to me where it came from. Even with the developing weakness of your c-pawn which I eventually managed to clean up it was still a very difficult game because I always had to be sure you couldn't get your majority on the kingside rolling effectively.
