Unfortunately tcn has failed to make a move in any of his remaining games for more than 7 days, which means he has over stepped the move rate and therefore has forfeited all remaining games. I did send tcn a pm a few days ago and have not received a reply.

This then means the tournament is concluded.

So do I now get upgraded from a "CC Candidate Master" ?

Actually one of my games with TCN was getting really interesting -
but I wasn't expecting it finish until Easter.
