    Correspondance Match with Careth

Hey everyone, new to the concept, and 3 days longest appart to make a move, preferably play fast. First in best dressed. Players may forfeit offer draws etc.

    I'll go white this time-

Nxd4- besides, your queen moved to h4 with check? unless i played Kings Gambit, you had your queen on offer- do you often do that?

P.S, in which way would you have achieved a check?my pawn was still on f2 and knight defending h4. Its seems fairly illogical.

Why don't you like the Scotch opening?

Nah, I like it in general, but I just find Sicilians more interesting. They can provide a interesting position, harder game, and have different variations eg. Pelikan, Dragon, and Taimanov. The only e5 opening I will play and even then only for fun is a Philidors, which can be carved up easily. I am not very fluent in e5 openings obviously.
