If you read the article that Patrick has linked to it is quite clear that the "Trans-Wolf" does not use that term and it certainly is not used in the same way that a person might say they are a trans women.

Also if you read the article that Patrick linked to you will see evidence that Matt Walsh both lied to people so he could interview them and then selectively edited what they said so that they looked as bad as possible.

I would, and so does the actual person in the interview: "He cut the portion of me explaining this identity was spiritual in nature." You can't be much clearer than that!

This is an urban myth, which originated in the US, and has now made its way here, infecting gullible people such as Michael. As the first article says:

There is one big difference between what the man in the video does and what a trans person does.
This mans dress up as a dog only happens part time, he does not go to work as a dog.
A trans person becomes the sexual identity they identify as full time.

So what exactly is the problem here? Their private spiritual beliefs may be unusual, but you've provided no evidence that these beliefs have any effect on anyone else.

Of course there's an important underlying issue here. Discriminating against a person because of their spiritual beliefs is illegal in Australia. Just as you can't discriminate against Jewish people in employment, you can't discriminate against otherkins either.
