Contributions to Temur's travel fund at Trybooking appear to have doubled overnight and has now reached 66% of its $3000 target. Go Temur!

My poll is still accurate for the top 30 players as it was taken from the official list of players from the official website.

There is a gap of some 100 points.I would have thought Temur would be satisfied with a draw in the first game with Black.
Games start 10 pm tonight AEDT.

Abdusattorov - Kuybokarov. Very entertaining game, they both got short of time in a chaotic position and there were missed wins (one for white then two for black) according to the box. Draw overall a fair result and a good start for Temur.

Metro, It is better to use the 'Quote' option, rather than 'code' when 'quoting' a line or paragraph from another site ie the next pairing in this case.

The code feature is useful for getting pairings to display correctly as it retains the formatting.

very sharp and interesting sturggle! Early f5 for black in this line generally has not very good reputation...but it worked! Things got creative so early on!
