    David Ferris

    David Ferris was ACT Chess Champion in 1982 and represented Australia at the Thessaloniki Olympiad in 1984. He played in the Australian Championships in Adelaide in 1980 and was leading the field in the 1984 Australian Chess Championships up until round 11.
    David is a portfolio investment manager at Australian Ethical Investments.

    Nathan Stirling

    Nathan Stirling was born in 1959 in Sydney. He has been active as a player and as an organizer and administrator of chess in the ACT and at the national level. He won the ACT Chess Championship in 1983. In 1984 he was elected as Secretary to the Australian Chess Federation.

    Nathan has worked for the benefit of the young as a teacher and social worker.
