Thanks Graeme. Yes I remember him, first GM I ever played. I was so nervous. I had intended to play the Grob, but when he came around to me I accidentally grabbed the f-pawn instead and went 1. ...f5. Realising my mistake, when he came back again, I rectified it and went 2. ...g5. If eyes-widening can be a whole body expression, that was the one he gave me. Needless to say the game didn't last long.
