    Hope your wife gets better Allan. I haven't been able to play at my local club since June last year (such a long time) because of Covid and hope to go back in the New Year when organized competition starts. Social chess sits with me not so well and computer chess I find heartless!

    At least I can cough into my books and bother none!

    Chess continues at Molendinar. Fourteen players there last Friday. COVID will not deter them. It is a great venue with playing outdoors under shade covers. Roll up and have some good games!

    Talking Molendinar Social Chess Club

    The club meets at Molendinar twice a week. Mondays 9 am to 2.30 pm. Fridays 9 am to 3 pm. Players of all strengths are very welcome.

    If you cannot make chess at Molendinar then sharks is available on wednesdays from 10 am to 2 pm. You must be double vaxxed to get into sharks. You do not have to be double vaxxed to play at Molendinar.

    Twelve players at Molendinar today 8 April. There are some very strong players attending some great games are assured.

    Good attendance over Easter. 15 on 15/4, 9 on 18/4. Many good games played. Also remember the last Saturday of the month. That is feast day!

    A great day of chess at Molendinar on Saturday 25 June. 16 players attended. Also there was the end of month feast! Some great games were played
