    And will lose a pawn. Playing without the board it is difficult to 'see' the correct moves. And with the board too ggg.

    It is difficult to play without a board, but I will try. I am translating some plays from a book in Spanish about the Pirc Defense and taking notes in a notepad, but the process is slow. With that, I intend to improve my skills in some lines of Pirc.

    This one we can play with the help of the PGN viewer, but I believe that others we can play without it. I have to go back to training chess blindly, even to improve my rating on sites like chess.com.

    Dunno about a good reason , but my reason was to go Pawn-e5 without allowing ...Nd5. I felt I could block the black g7-bishop out of the game and my knights would be good. Also wasn't really sure where my DSB belong since it's prone to attack on e3 or f2 by ...Ng4 for example, and on a3 black can trade off the bishop I was trying to play against with ...Bf8.

    It's a shame that paulo101977 hasn't been able to continue - the game was becoming quite interesting. He said he suffered from serious depression, so I hope he's okay.
