I think the tiebreak was that you were on the longer winning streak at the end.

Also, our first pairing for this weekend in the Chess.com Clubs League is against Noble Park Chess Club in Melbourne and I am currently arranging a time for the match to be played, more information coming soon!
I can see from the Hobart page that Kevin and I have made ourselves available for selection. Have other players advised of their availability? Have we advised clubs via their facebook pages? Thanks.

The match against Noble Park Chess Club will be at 7:30pm tomorrow, please let me know as soon as you can whether you will be able to participate so we can let the other team know how many players we will have!

Currently, Denis and Kevin are the only players who have advised me of their availability. I am not aware of any promotion of this league outside of Chesschat and the TCA Chess.com club.

Hi Thomas, I can play tomorrow evening, maybe we should directly message the remaining six members of the club to see if they can make it or not?
Do you know if all the matches must be played at the weekend? I doubt I could play every Saturday, for me personally Sunday evenings would be preferable.

Hi Chris, thank you for letting me know of your availability. The opposing admin has informed me that his team can offer 5 players, we now have 4 confirmed players so I am messaging people to find out whether they can play tomorrow and when I have at least 1 more response I will be able to inform the other team that we will have enough players for them. By the nature of these Chess.com matches I can't really stop people who enter without letting me know, but neither can the other team so the other people who join above 5 players might still get a game anyway: they are sorted by Chess.com rapid rating so that the 1st seed plays the 1st seed, 2nd seed plays the 2nd seed etc.

With regards to times, no, they don't have to be played on a Saturday. Chess.com requests for them to be played on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday (presumably American Pacific Time) so it is possible for me to try and negotiate future matches to be played on Sunday evenings if that suits people better.

g'day I have joined the TCA CHESS.COM CLUB - thank you Thomas for accepting and welcoming me.
I will be available all evenings except Tues. since the late start time suits me fine!
I can play if you got any vacancies in the team, however, I don't mind if I am not needed to fill in for somebody since I can hang around watching games!
Cheers, see you all tomorrow night!

Looks like Noble Pack CC has come with a very strong line-up. So far only three players, we' ll see how it goes, we have 5 players ready for battle!

Computer had me +10.9 at one stage in my first game - and I still managed to lose it! Anyway .... thanks for the lesson Noble Park and good luck for the rest of the event.
