Blatant goalpost shifting noted. First you said has not lost value, now upped the ante to 30%+. The 30% predictions were over a couple of years IIRC, so 5%-ish per quarter would do the trick quite readily.
I don't know if they will actually lose that much value, but it seems possible. Certainly our economy will be damaged for a long time to come if some premiers continue with the insanity of not opening the borders to jurisdictions with >0 Covid cases.
0.9 is not significant enough obviously...particularly if there is expectation of a further drop. Should buy when its cheapest. Re not opening the borders...its just a matter of which industry will die first...

I think it is significant that the qld premier is an Labor Party person and a mother. Usually such beings are highly protective of children etc.. (stay sussh re Gillard)
Zionism is racism as defined by the UN, Israel by every dirty means available steals land and water, kill Palestinian freedom fighters and civilians, and operates an apartheid system to drive more Palestinians off their land

Unfortunately she hasn't been able to have children, despite many attempts: "Frecklington has three children between the ages of 17 and 21. Palaszczuk has spoken openly about having had a miscarriage, unsuccessful attempts to have a child through IVF, and her painful history of endometriosis, which can affect fertility."

Most states in Australia still have their borders closed.

GDP figures for the March quarter are surprisingly good, with only a drop of 0.3%. That doesn't include the worst effects of the virus, of course, but it does include the devastating bushfire season. The June quarter will certainly be much worse, but so far we're doing very well - even Sweden, with no lockdowns, only did slightly better.

Maybe you need to have a word to Beijing:
China’s ministry of culture and tourism has told Chinese citizens to avoid travelling to Australia, claiming racial discrimination and violence against Chinese people in response to the coronavirus pandemic. “There has been an alarming increase recently in acts of racial discrimination and violence against Chinese and Asians in Australia, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic,” the ministry said in a statement reported by Reuters.
    "Alarming increase" in violence?

People who have no idea about how the economy works usually resort to ethnocentric / ideological / religious / hearsay sources to condemn, criticize, reject economic logic.
    You will hear stuff like

    • Chinese society is authoritarian and non democratic

Chinese communist party oppresses people, minorities etc

      Chinese are atheists

Chinese send students to Australia to act as agents, undermine our system and take our jobs

Chinese eat shit because my mate told me so

Similar crap based upon unreliable sources you hear from the other side about Australia

Mind you, there is unshakeable evidence that racist anti-Chinese, anti-Asian attacks have been on the increase since first stages of Covid-19 (*)

What these kind of people do not realise is that economists, investors, companies, natural resources management etc don't give a flying frig
about what their international trade partners believe in be it God, Jesus Mao, Muhammad, Buddha or whatever, how their governments treat citizens, what they
think about Australians and so on and so forth. We keep that for our private lives.

In economy silly stuff like embargoing trade from various sectors be it mining, or meat or whatever products, hurts both sides!
For example the Chinese might have to do (for a while that is since this bullshit doesn't last forever) without my high quality iron ore but at the same time I will lose huge amounts of $ because
unfortunately there's no equally profitable replacement market. Same with beef exports (for which I don't give a ff since I am a vegan and have no investments in abattoirs)!
There's no winners in this kind of negative, stagnating and unprofitable strategy.
    Only losers.
Now, have a look at this big picture and the real facts. (It covers the period 2017 - 2018 so there might be some slight +/- changes). In fact there are only minimal changes, not in the trade partnership
b/n Australia and China, so I won't bother to find and post at present)

A spate of cases of racist abuse and attacks and vandalism against people of Asian descent have been reported across the country since the outbreak of Covid-19. For example, there were reports in late March in Sydney of cases in which “Death to dog eaters” was painted in front of an Asian man’s house and of people screaming racist abuse at two sisters, calling them “Asian dogs” who “brought Coronavirus here” and “dumb whore.”
Near Melbourne, also in late March, a Chinese-Australian family’s suburban home was targeted with racist vandalism three times in the space of a week: on March 20, the family found the words “COVID-19 China die” spray painted on the door of their garage. Late the following night, an unidentified person threw a large rock though one of their windows. On March 29, the door of their garage was again spray painted, this time with the words “leave and die.”
On April 15, 2 women in a group attacked 2 female Chinese students at Melbourne University, yelling racist statements such as, “Go back to China” and “you ****ing immigrants.” One of the women repeatedly punched one of the students in the head and, after pushing her to the ground, kicked her in the torso several times.
A survey focusing on Covid-19-related racism against Asians and Asian-Australians recorded 178 incidents during the first two weeks of April countrywide. The survey, by the community group Asian Australian Alliance, has received about 12 reports a day since April 2, ranging from racial slurs to physical assault. The majority of racist incidents reported – 62 percent – were against women. Australia’s Human Rights Commission also reported a spike in complaints about racist attacks. The Australian National University created a “prejudice census” to better collect information about the surge of incidents linked to Covid-19.

Concerning beef exports for example that is resulting in more bushland being cleared, more methane gas and so worse greenhouse - it could be said that everyone is a loser - include all creatures in that. Look at the big picture.

"Creatures" is a good word for the "local delicacies" the Chinese might resort to if they can't get top quality australian beef on their plates.
So what's your excuse? To run like the devil's chasing you.

See you in another life, brotha.
