    National Dropbox?

Is there such a thing as a National Dropbox for scans of chess literature produced under the auspices of State or National Chess bodies? Presumably with the permission of the author / editor
and the state or national chess body, there would be no copyright problems.

Ian Murray’s Queensland chess magazines will soon become available. A prominent and permanent home for his work is being sort.
