Are you suggesting there's a conspiracy to attribute deaths to covid when people have actually died from the flu? Because while we've been lucky, covid has killed over 600 000 people in the US, compared to the fewer than 100 000 that die from the flu annually. Its death toll is even worse than the worst influenza epidemic in US history, the 1918 Spanish flu.

I am suggesting that people die from old age and deseases when they get COVID just like they die from flu in old age. Are you serously comparing Covid with Spanish flu? Spanish flue was taking many young healthy lives .
