2019–20 Democratic primary polls: who will face off against Trump (presumably)

Who will win these internecine Democratic primaries?
“The history of the 20th century is full of examples of countries that set out to redistribute wealth and ended up redistributing poverty.”
“There’s no point blaming the tragedies of socialism on the flaws or corruption of particular leaders. Any system which allows some people to exercise unbridled power over others is an open invitation to abuse, whether that system is called slavery or socialism or something else.”—Thomas Sowell

That is presuming that Trump wins the Republican primaries. There are very interesting times ahead.
Zionism is racism as defined by the UN, Israel by every dirty means available steals land and water, kill Palestinian freedom fighters and civilians, and operates an apartheid system to drive more Palestinians off their land

What criteria determined what order the candidates are listed in? Did KB draw them out of a hat? The favourites have the inside running.

I had no involvement but it looks like an order based on polling or qualification for debates.

Actually you did have an involvement in my ordering for this poll, but it was totally inadvertent: (confession time) I took the order from this post.

Of course this poll is whom we think will win not whom we desire to win. I will be very pleasantly surprised if Michael's vote is his desired winner.

I wish we had a Bernie, a Beto, a Cory and a Kamala on Oz politics to take on One Nation etc.

Here you go then: new poll.

One day left for stragglers Steyer and Gabbard to get one and two qualifying polls respectively and make the third debate.

Wonder if any pollsters held back because there would be more interest in a poll released on the final day.

On the larger and more reliable polls Sleepy Joe is still holding up whereas a very small poll showed Warren leapfrogging. There is another Republican challenger to Trump and history shows that when they are challenged the president "always" fails in the main gig. I find it incredulous that a few of our wise pundits here have Trump winning next November?

Andrew Yang has had a huge surge in popularity lately, with some mainstream media attention including all the debates coming up he could definitely take the nomination although it is pretty unlikely.

History shows only that Presidents who face serious challenges fail in the main gig - they don't lose just because some noname challenges them. Obama had a bunch of minor challengers in 2012, one of whom got 18% in one state. Even Reagan in 1984 had a nuisance-value challenger who got 0.2% of the vote.

It's not yet clear these challengers to Trump are anything more than nuisance value.
