    Mao overpopulated?
Did Mao make all the babies himself or ordered to produce babies?

He was a serial "rapist" but he had his limits. It was encouraged so that if Russia wiped out a few cities with atomic weapons China still had sufficient troops to repel a ground attack. But even Vietnam gave China a black eye.
Zionism is racism as defined by the UN, Israel by every dirty means available steals land and water, kill Palestinian freedom fighters and civilians, and operates an apartheid system to drive more Palestinians off their land

So it is him who personally fathered all those kids?
Anyway, my point is...when discussing contemporary China - there is no point to consider historic data.

It may be pointless to you but China is well known for policies going in circles and purges etc. that rebound - so it's essential to know it's history. China still brings up historical grievances against Japan and colonialist countries. You sound like Pol Pot's wiping out of history.

Indeed and they are still qarreling over it. Slave descendants are justly claiming compensation for the historical inequality that slavery created.

    Speaking of slavery:

3.39 million Chinese trapped in modern day slavery
Hong Kong Free Press, 31 May 2016

More than 45 million men, women and children globally are trapped in modern slavery, far more than previously thought, with two-thirds in the Asia-Pacific region, a study showed Tuesday. ...

In terms of absolute numbers, Asian countries occupy the top five for people trapped in slavery. Behind India was China (3.39 million), Pakistan (2.13 million), Bangladesh (1.53 million) and Uzbekistan (1.23 million) ...

The report also tracked actions and responses to the problem, with governments at the forefront including the United States, Australia, and a host of European nations including Britain, Portugal and Norway.

Those with the weakest action included Iran, Hong Kong and China. ...

And in the same mouthful Australia in that era had the similar policy of Populate or Perish that allowed you to enter this country. The trouble is that by overdoing it it becomes Populate and Perish - either by war or abortion as we have become too smart for the new plagues.

I entered the country not because someone other than Australian government has allowed me to do so!

Are you contrasting your entry with the British allowing slaves into America?

I am not contrasting any contemporary government activities with any historic events. I am here because my parents were invited to come and contribute to the economy and I was a 15yo kid...so every since they have been contributing...and I have been contributing as well - bringing us in paid off both directly and indirectly.

The same can be said about the Chinese immigration to Australia.

    And you know this how?

If that was the case, why are there no pro-China anti-democracy counter-demonstrations? Why did the pro-China extradition bill cause such outrage?
