    So the tournament be rated on September ratings due December , i ask because lot of juniors improve in 2 months . eg Jackie Li September was 1567 now he is 1685.
    I cant remember if fide rate from the start of tournament ratings or current rating.

    To the best of my knowledge the ratings at the time of round 1 are always used to calculate FIDE rating changes, even if they become outdated later in the tournament.

    Round 7 Pairings

    The tournament has had a few more plot twists, with Stephen's withdrawal and the outright leader Robinson having to take a 0-point bye for round 7. This leaves us with a very important game on board 1 to decide the tournament this Saturday! As an indication of how close the tournament has been, there remains a possibility of 6 players finishing the tournament in 1st on 5/7...
