    2018 Tal Memorial 2-4 March

    The Tal Memorial Rapid is a 10-player single round-robin taking place in the Museum of Russian Impressionism in Moscow from 2-4 March. Ten top players are competing for a $130,000 prize fund, with $25,000 for 1st place.

    Players have 25 minutes for all moves, with a 10-second increment from move. Prizes aren't shared, and a tie for first results in a playoff.

    The Tal Memorial Blitz is a 14-player single round-robin taking place in the Botvinnik Central Chess Club in Moscow on 5 March.
    The players are competing for a $30,000 prize fund, with $10,000 for 1st place. Players have 5 minutes for all moves, with a 3-second increment from move 1. Prizes aren't shared, and a tie for first results in a playoff.
