Due to an unfortunate stuff up by the Hinterland Hotel, the event has had to be moved!

The new venue is now the Lonestar Tavern, Cnr Markeri Street and Sunshine Boulevard, Mermaid Waters. Accommodation is available on-site at the new venue, and there is still plenty of parking and food nearby.

Gail and others are trying to contact everyone who has entered as best they can.

    Cheers,
    Andrew

Too late for some of us to change our accommodation. Any chance of a shuttle service from the old venue?

    Not sure about that Martin.

I would suggest telling the Hinterland Motel that the functions department screwed up so you want a refund and to then make a booking at the new venue

The time line is too short; so my booking has become non-refundable because I am not staying at the Hinterland. I'll cope. Mind you I would welcome a bit of leeway with starting times.

Sorry to hear that it had to be moved - hopefully it's only once this time!

Perhaps a moderator can edit the previous mentions of Hinterland Hotel, in case someone only reads the first post (I assume it's too late for Mark to do it)?
