As discussed this appears to be caused by Comodo antivirus/firewall software forcing the Vega application to run in "containment mode" or “sandboxed”. As such it won't allow Vega to interact with any other files/folders on your computer.

Yes this is what it was and the way in which I eventually fixed it was telling it to unblock Vega via "unblock applications" and specify for all security components.

So problems running Vega can be caused by firewall programs even when the firewall itself is switched off.

After investigating this with Martin, the issue is that he had the 32 bit version of Java installed when he needs the 64 bit version.

Started new round 3 of tournament. Added a few new players and added half point byes. In the 'Players Active' section, all the new players are added and dob's added.

The issue I have come across is that when looking at Rounds 1 and 2, one player name has been repeated twice and another player is not shown.

But when I pair round 3, all players who are available for round 3, including all the new players, are added. I am able to tell the two double names apart as one player received two half point byes and another did not for round 3.

Is there a way where I can change the player name in round 1 and round 2, without having to delete the entire rounds and re-pair and enter results?
