    There has been a lovely little article on chess-news.ru (sadly in Russian) where the author points out that while Dvorkovich is so keen to fight with favouritism/corruption in FIDE, such corruption is also widespread within the Russian chess federation/scene...and he is part of it , so he should really practice what he preaches.
