Yesterday tournament's result from Tornelo: https://au.tornelo.com/tournaments/mcc-blitz--8

Nam dominated the event winning by a 2-point margin.
Btw, whoever was running the tournament at MCC forgot to press ''Submit'' to get it rated so it is still showing as ''in progress''

Yes Nam played well except he lost his queen for a bishop against me but still won.

Interesting that 2 players rated about 2200 couldn't finish top 3 and we did not have any arguments or need any arbiter decisions.

Computer crashed and i couldn't submit and last round was done by hand with a small argument about colors.

deanhogg must been checking our results and has managed a whole 85 post in 10 years. i hope he remembers our blitz session from about 10 years ago.

Actually that was someone else, who is banned from here, using Dean's account. I've deleted that post.

As I met Dean several times at chess events, hard to imagine he would be naive enough to transfer his accounting to someone with such a dubious reputation. May be it was a case of hacking

He and Axiom were very good friends over at the other place for a very long time. It would not surprise me in the slightest if he was letting Axiom use his account. I highly doubt Axiom needed to "hack" the account.

Michael Baron won last night scoring 11 and half out of 12 in the game he drew he got upset with his opponent for offering a draw 5 times but finally offered a draw himself with opposite color bishops and 5 pawns each.

Blitz on again tomorrow Tuesday night at 7:15. at MCC.

Expecting a small field with a average rating of about 2000 but hope to get some lower rated players who might let me beat them.
