    Today's blitz included visiting NZ players who were in Melbourne for the Interschool finals!
    They scored some impressive results taking points of1800-1900 rated players.
    Overall, I managed to win with Daniel and Tony finishing 2nd equal.

    Blitz at 7 pm tomorrow! Note that the tournament will be played at the back room as the main tournament hall is hosting Masters.

    Very strong blitz tournament today. I managed to win with 8/10 by half point margin. Several 1-move mates blundered by all...so was fun .

    I did that to Tony, checkmated him on g7 with 3:24 on the clock, so more time than I started with hahaha.

    Unfortunately none of the organisers (including myself) can make it due to Xmas etc. so ...see you all next year!
