    Chess Players with Funny Surnames

I noticed there is a player with the surname ''Dick'' is taking part in the Oceania Senior Championships.(white on board 11 in round 5). Trying to imagine various conversations of chess players at a public place (shopping mall) ...and the impressions that passers-by may get from listening to these.

Chess player A: Did you have a good game today?
Chess player B: Yes, I played with Dick

    or
Chess Player A: How did Dick go?
Chess Player B: Failed to Score

Wondering how many other chess players with interesting surnames are out there

And in Melbourne we got a ''Dick of our own'' Richard (Dick) Voon. In fact Dick used to be quite a common English name

Got an unusual Baron in Melbourne too.Is he the Red Baron?
I know and have played against Graham Dick. He is a nice guy - retired optometrist.

actually there are many Barons on the fide list, including a GM and an IM. I believe I am the 3d highest rated Baron in the world .
''Retired Dick'' ...would be another funny one.

Baron is not the only ''noble title'' among Grandmasters. GM Danny King (UK) comes to mind.

How about chesspieces? The FIDE rating list includes 29 Kings, 11 Knights, 11 Bishops, one Rook and one Queen (though it's her middle name not her surname). However, no Pawns.

There was a Moldovian Grandmaster whose surname was Popa (means ''Bum'' in Russian). However, after marriage he took his wife's surname and he is now Komliakov

But what about people called by the German word, Bauer?
“The history of the 20th century is full of examples of countries that set out to redistribute wealth and ended up redistributing poverty.”
“There’s no point blaming the tragedies of socialism on the flaws or corruption of particular leaders. Any system which allows some people to exercise unbridled power over others is an open invitation to abuse, whether that system is called slavery or socialism or something else.”—Thomas Sowell

I heard there was a player called Bald Headed Spunk-Juice Dispenser.

I think Dispenser is a very comical surname.
    Ruin is formal, devil's work,
    Consecutive and slow -
Fail in an instance no man did,
    Slipping - is Crash's law,

Oh man, they censored my answer and it was only people's names!

    FM Heimo Titz from Austria
    WGM Gisela Fischdick from Germany
    IM Elisabeth Pahtz from Germany
    IM Gaby Livshits from Israel
Jean-francois Brest from France is 2115 in Standard
John Cock from England is 2104 in Standard
Joachim Patzer from Germany is 1945 in Standard
And the one the computer censored is Jose _ _ _ _ from Brazil, who has a 1759 Rapid rating (his surname rhymes with 'duck') [though I notice now that Michael Baron already had a 'duck' earlier on]
