This has not been registered for FIDE rating.

If FIDE's 30 day registration requirement was still in effect you would be stuffed.

Registering before advertising it would be a good idea.

Note I will not register events just cause they are mentioned on Chesschat.

In future please ensure it is actually registered as FIDE rated and giving at least 10 days notice via email to the ACF FIDE Ratings Officier (me) by providing the following details:

    Name of event:
    Start date:
    End date:
Format: .i.e Round Robin or Swiss
    Time control:
    Chief Arbiter:
Note this must be a Licensed Arbiter (International Arbiter (IA), FIDE Arbiter (FA) or a National Arbiter(NA)). A list of licensed Arbiters is available at http://arbiters.fide.com/images/stor...d_Arbiters.pdf
Chief Organiser: Must be an individuals name and not a club name.

The MCC is awarding a brilliancy prize of a $40 book voucher at the MCC bookshop. The final winner will be determined by the arbiter, Kerry Stead, in consultation with Sylvester Urban.

Please submit your game to Kerry if you think it has a shot at winning the brilliancy prize!!
