What makes it worse, I saved the wrong files twice and the SACA computer is 20k away.

I noticed Denny Han is playing in the Under 1600 event even though his rating is 1613.

I am just a little curious as to why this is allowed considering the tournament brochure stipulates under 1600.

This is no personal attack on the SACA as I have been a long time supporter of the event for some years now, but am just a little curious.

I wish the event all the best for this year once again and look forward to following the results.

A wise prince will also realise that this can be achieved more successfully by means other than rape, pillage, greed, lies, deceit or misinformation.
