    I traced it down to the middle guy, who does not do any switching, but look at the guy on the left most, he loses his head in the switching.

    How the loss of a head and loss of the feet have created an entirely new person, I am still not sure of

    When the big one shifts left, it creates five on the left, but only takes away four from the right, which are replaced. The trick is in the ones which are above and below the middle line, and either move completely or don't move at all, and also in that middle one. You can see what's happening, but it's quite hard to put into words. Heh.

    Yep.

    Look at the colour of the feet, it's less confusing.
