The pairings of the Online Olympiad for People with Disabilities have been posted on Chess results, which means that the pairings were made with Swiss Manager.

The Olympiad DIS was a teams event, and Tornelo doesn't have an internal olympiad-style pairing feature (only Team Battles). So yes, pairings were created in SM and imported to Tornelo for online games.
But, many events are doing pairings in Tornelo then exporting TRF files into SM so they can post on chess-results. Tornelo can import/export TRF, CSV, PGN files to make it easy for data to get wherever it needs to.

We had very strange pairings for rd 7.
Baron-Savige and Khamagaleev- Ilic appears to be an obvious pairing...instead I played Nick Ilic and Kolak who was on 4.5 played Alexei.! Savige got floated down. Not sure why.
