    I am not really interested in continuing this match at the present temporal rate!

    Since I understand that James might have been held up by his school or other commitments, I do not claim a forfeit win.

    However, and since I find all these delays in responding to my moves very annoying, I would like to ask the Corr Games DOP to declare this match as null, or a draw or whatever the rules provide.

    It's just a casual game so there is no DOP as such and there are really no rules. If players want to play at a certain rate they should agree it at the start. Apart from that I wouldn't get involved in declaring a game forfeit, abandoned or whatever until there was a longer period without a move from the player whose turn it is to move. Say a month.
