    Some of the Catalan ideas explained very clearly and can be understood by club level players. There should be more opening books/articles like that!

    Agreed, Good article. I also own a Marin on English Opening book and in general I think he is a good chess writer.

    What makes his articles/books good is his ability to address concerns of players of different levels and make the book worthy of reading/purchasing for all of them. Not many writers are good at it.
