So Georgia is going to repeal its anti-Good Samaritan law - nothing in the Delaware law stops people providing water (that law obviously covers bribery, which was already illegal in Georgia before its new law was introduced)? And eliminate its poll tax ie, its photo id requirements - Delaware allows non-photo id? That's great! After all, it's obviously pointless just adopting some of the Delaware laws, since it's the cumulative effect that's important. Unless this is just another example of whataboutery, of course

Irrelevant. If Voter-ID laws are racist (arguendo), then Delta and Paypal are immorally and illegally using racist laws to discriminate against flyers and account holders. Flying and banking are not in the Constitution, but refusing service on grounds of race has been illegal since the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

There are no double standards, as I've pointed out repeatedly. But even if there were, that still doesn't justify the law.

Paypal doesn't require photo id. And neither does Delta - it's the TSA that usually requires photo id.

Although I'm not sure who you are arguing with. Photo id laws, as you've conceded, have the effect of depriving people of the right to vote - which is a fundamental human right guaranteed in the US Constitution. This is the overwhelming reason why people (including myself) oppose them. The fact that the people affected are mainly black is just another good reason to oppose the laws.
