    FIDE Arbiters' Commission website

    From FIDE:

    To: all National Chess Federations

    Dear chess friends,
the FIDE Arbiters' Commission's Website has been launched!
You will find it in the address: http://arbiters.fide.com/
You can also find the relevant banner (FIDE Arbiters Commission) in the front page of the FIDE website (http://www.fide.com/.
It will work as an information centre for all Chess Arbiters (National, FIDE and International Arbiters).
It will serve as a web area where Arbiters, Federations and other chess organizations or individuals, will be able to find all kind of information regarding arbitration in chess. There will also be a section where everyone will be able to send questions regarding the interpretation of the Laws and Regulations of Chess, as well as to send information about incidents that occurred during games and receive official answers, if needed.
Visit our site and please don't hesitate to contact us, sending your comments, opinions and ideas.

This looks a bit like an official version of Geurt Gijssen's "Arbiter's Notebook".

    DJ
...I don't want to go among mad people Alice remarked, "Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: we're all mad here. I am mad. You're mad." "How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice. "You must be," said the Cat ,"or you wouldn't have come here."
