I'm sorry. I wasn't aware of the time between moves. Though Arbiter Duggan already made a ruling, declaring you as won, do you want to continue?

Arbiter Duggan is an idiot. Arbiter Duggan typed Zwischenzug's name instead of DeMann's name when Arbiter Duggan announced a ladder withdrawal.

My apologies to both players. Please continue.

However, for the record, I didn't declare a winner. I simply incorrectly declared that Zwisch had vacated the ladder.

why haven't you moved? the first 20 moves were instant, now it takes 3 days for this move?

Michael, it hasn't been 3 days between moves.

    - At the time of your post, it had only been a paltry 36 hours.
    - Further your opponent had corresponded with you in this thread during that window.
    - Further it is clear that I had caused a problem by incorrectly declaring your opponent had withdrawn
    - Further your opponent has already made provisional moves (in post #31) and you haven't responded to them!
    - In any event, your opponent is entitled to take a week to make a move under the present rules which I might address soon.

Now. Suck it up. Slow it down. Read the pgn. Nominate your move. Read the provisional moves in response (I have made them red). Please try and keep up.

    Thanks

    Howard

it was his move not mine, I understand that most things read and written on the internet seem very critical and their sensitivity is amplified (maybe because people think captain planet is listening) but I wasn't worrying about it or complaining, I was just eager to finish the game!! I was simply wondering why the first 14 moves took 2 minutes and then he hadn't played a move for a day or two, there aren't very many plans in the position, there are only 3 pieces left more than half of which can only go to one square lol, I am not used to this set up, I have never played any correspondence on the internet or in any other form
