After 2 rounds of the Queens Birthday Weekender there is 3 players on 2/2, IM Mark Chapman, Matthew Juszczynski and Mato Jelic. Second seed Srbo Zaric is on 1/2 after drawing with improving juniors Fabian Ivancic and Zachary Searle, not really great surprises. Other upsets include Alex Sykes drawing with Mark Stockhausen after deciding that he could not win his winning position in servere time pressure, Mato Jelic beating Ralph Jackson and junior Stuart Nichols holding the higher rated Brent Glascott to a draw.
